CUSTOMER FEEDBACK - Letter

For a long time, we had been talking about having a tile floor installed in our kitchen and breakfast room. At 1pm on a Saturday with a kitchen cabinet door in hand (to match tile to our existing cabinets) we arrived at Colour Tile's front door-not realizing they close half-day on Saturdays. However, Derrick and Randy unlocked the door and welcomed us. One look at our cabinet door and Randy immediately brought me a tile he thought would be a good match. Forty-five minutes later and after I had looked at dozens of tiles...I had to agree that the first tile Randy showed me was the perfect tile!

My new floor is beautiful! It was Randy and Derrick's suggestion that we use 20 inch tile and set it on a diagonal...something I would not have thought of, but it really makes a statement. The installation was perfection.

My neighbors were interested in seeing the new floor being installed and frequently showed up at the door to take a look. Randy had stopped by while one friend was admiring the tile and installation and told Randy she would like for Colour Tile to install a new kitchen floor for her. Randy suggested she stop by the store and pick out something she liked. She said if I didn't object she would like the same tile I have which proved that I have great taste!

Her new floor will be installed next week-bet I'll like it.
